Clients post customer payments, issue credit memos, create new invoices, and make journal entries to the A/R file, just as you do now. At the end of each day we obtain a new aging from the client electronically, which we upload into our software. A BCS representative will meet with a designated person from your company regularly to insure we are delivering the service & results you expect.

Pricing is a monthly rate determined by the number of active (customers with a balance owing) accounts on your accounts receivable file at the beginning of each month. We do not charge our fee based on individual invoice amounts, sales volume, or any type of commission. There is a one-time fee of $750.00 to initially set you up in our system, however, there are no additional charges to access our system.

We have consistently been able to control customer bad debt within each client’s budget, while managing the need to grow sales and retain customers. We utilize various credit reporting agencies, analyze customer financial statements, attend industry trade groups, access public records and network with factors as well as other credit managers so that we have the most current data available for making sound credit decisions.
